	abstract = {Quality functions deployment (QFD) has an important state in total quality management in an enterprise. It is a process which enables the design of the product ’s development cycle. This is presented as a house - from which we derive the expression “house of quality”. House oj quality is a method which translates customer requirements into the design requirements of product. Finding the relations between customer requirements and design requirements are the basic task of the house of quality. Relations can be strong, medium or weak. A house of quality also enables the determination of correlations between design requirements. The correlation can be strongly positive, positive, negative or strongly negative. The customer competitive survey is also an important part of the house of quality: it establishes how our product fulfills customer requirements on the market. The paper presents steps for design of the house of quality through a practical example.},
