	abstract = {Taking the key friction pair of engine shafting (crankshaft journal-main bearing) as the research object, the deformation coordination equation of shafting and the calculation formula of bearing support reaction are derived based on the theory of elastic mechanics, and the correctness of both is verified by the finite element method. Based on the hydrodynamic lubrication theory, the mathematical model of bearing characteristic analysis is established, and the distribution of crankshaft external load under the worst working conditions is analyzed, and the vertical reaction and displacement of each bearing are calculated. Finally, the coordinated deformation state of the crankshaft-bearing system is optimized with the relative bearing clearance as the optimal variable. This paper aims to explore the stiffness matching relationship between crankshaft and main bearing support structure, and then reasonably improve and optimize the design scheme of support structure, laying a foundation for the study of shafting deformation coordination, which is of great significance for improving the research and development level of diesel engine and the overall performance.},
