There are many advantages of wheel flow forming such as reducing the weight of the product which leads to improving the fuel economy. In this research, process conditions such as headstock load, feed rate and radial compression amount as well as the geometry of the rolls are investigated in order to improve the precision of the product. In order to do these, simulation is done by FEM software, SHAPE-RR. Result of FE analysis is verified by comparing the bulging amount of the wheel. The material property of aluminum is determined through hot compression test. As a result, geometry accuracy improved with increasing the feed rate of the rolls. Also, having less compression amount in radial direction for the third roll increases the geometry precision.},
